Vegetarian pumpkin with farata

This one is my mother's favorite. Simple and healthy food.

Ingredient

Food ration :

500 g

pumpkin

1 tbsp

sugar

1 tbsp

oil

1/2 cup

water

2 cups

plain flour

1 pinch

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and cut pumpkin

* Step 2

Heat a pan, add oil

* Step 3

Put the onion to fry, lightly brown. Add pumpkin, chili, salt, sugar and water.

* Step 4

Let cook for 15 mins in low heat. Must check, mix and crush them well until soften and well cooked.

* Step 5

Let the water dry and add the spring onion

* Step 6

Serve with hot homemade farata... Bon Appétit
