Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut bell pepper, tomato and onion in to small pieces.
* Step 2
Prepare 150 g of couscous.
* Step 3
Prepare a tea cup of broth.
* Step 4
Heat the pan, add some evoo and wait to heat. Fry onion. Add bell pepper and tomato.
* Step 5
When bell pepper and tomato will release their juice and aroma, turn the heat off, add couscous and pour the broth on top. Close the lid and wait for 5 minutes.
* Step 6
After 5 minutes remove the lid, add some butter and salt. Mix it all well and cook for 5 minutes more, until couscous will get nuts texture. Serve as main or side dish.
