Rava Ladoo is a popular Indian sweet made with semolina, ghee and sugar. This festive treat is easy to make and often made for festivals like Diwali, Ganesh Chaturthi. This easy version needs no sugar syrup and you can make it in less than 30 minutes!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
👉Heat pure ghee in a karahi and put almonds and cashew and stir fry till golden brown colour. Remove in a plate from ghee.
* Step 2
👉Now put semolina in remaining ghee. Keep flame low. Keep stirring continuously for 10 minutes. Roast till light golden brown colour comes
* Step 3
👉Let it cool for 10 minutes.
* Step 4
👉Chop almonds and cashew nuts. Add coarsely chopped dry fruits, magaz, cardamoms and shakkar in semolina mixture mix well with your hands and make small size ladoo and bind them with your greased hands.
* Step 5
👉Nutritious ladoo is ready. Serve with hot almonds milk or as a dessert after meal.
