Methi bajra paratha, is an all-in-one paratha in which all ingredients like bajra flour, methi leaves, and some basic spices have to combined in a and kneaded into a soft dough using enough water. A healthy winter breakfast.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add bajra and wheat flour in a mixing bowl. Add chopped fenugreek leaves, grated radish, green chilli and ginger. Mix all dry masale. Knead a dough by adding water slowly. Rest for 10 minutes.
* Step 2
Make balls. Dust with dry flour and roll paratha.
* Step 3
Heat a griddle. Roast paratha from both sides. Apply cooking oil on both sides and shallow fry till crispie golden brown colour. Like wise make all the parathas.
