Ginger and pepper tea

Ginger and pepper tea

#WSD Ginger and pepper tea is a lovely, lightly spicy drink for warming up on cold days. It's light. It soothes upset stomachs and eases indigestio.

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 serving

Cooking time :

10 minutes
1 cup

Water

1 inch

Ginger

1/2 tsp

Sugar

1/2 tsp

Tea leaves

1/3 cups

Milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add water in a pan. Add roughly crushed ginger and black pepper seeds in it and lrt it boil for 2-3 minutes.

Add sugar and tea leaves and let it simmer on low flame for 2 minutes.

* Step 3

Now add milk and let it come to boiling point. Lower the flame and let it simmer on for 2-3 minutes. Switch off the flame and sieve it in a cup.

Serve hot.
