Kurkuri cauliflower fritters

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean cauliflower and cut florets. Boil water in a pan. Add salt abd bay leaves in water.
* Step 2
Add cauliflower florets in boiled water and blanch for 4 minutes. Switch off the flame. Drain water. Let it cool.
* Step 3
Peel, Wash and chop onion, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves and green chilli. Coarsely grind black pepper seeds and coriander seeds. Mix salt, red chilli, turmeric, garam masala, carrom seeds and coriander seeds powder and mix well.
* Step 4
Mix gram flour and rice flour with all masala ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add all chopped vegetables onion, garlic, ginger, green chilli and coriander leaves and grinded masala.
* Step 5
Add cauliflower florets in this mixture and mix well and coat cauliflower florets and well. Add a little water and coat it well.
* Step 6
Heat oil in a wok and deep fry florets till crispie golden brown colour.
