Peas and tomato biryani is a perfect one pot meal. It is a delicious and quick one-pot meal. Also called Tomato Peas Pulao. Filling, tasty and healthy. Evin it is o e of the best option for kids tiffin.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel and chop onion lengthwise. Clean peas. Cut paneer in small cubes. Grate tomatoes and make puree. Wash and soak rice for 15 minutes.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter, add bay leaf, cinnamon spice, black pepper and cloves. Add chopped onions. Saute till golden brown. Add salt all spiceAdd peas and tomato puree and saute till done. Add peas and paneer cubes
* Step 3
Add rice and saute for 30 seconds. Add water and mix. Place the lid and cook for 2 whistles. Switch off the flame and let pressure releases automatically.
* Step 4
Open the lid and serve hot wiith raita papad and salad.
