Aamras is an Indian summer staple. This is nothing but the flavored mango pulp and it gets ready in just 5 minutes. A must-try mango recipe for mango lovers.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash, peel and chop mangoes.
* Step 2
Transfer it in a mixer. Add sugar, cardamoms powder and saffron milk. Churn for 30 seconds.
* Step 3
Transfer it in serving bowl garnished with chopped almonds and serve with puri. It is also called aamras puri.
