Shahi Kaju Matar Curry

Kaju Curry is super delicious curry that can be served with steamed rice, pulao, chapati, parantha, naan as side dish.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean fresh peas and wash them. Wash and peel onion and gather all the ingredients for making shahi kaju matar curry.
* Step 2
Grind onion, tomato and kaju to a fine paste in a mixer. Grind half of the kaju with onion Tomato and keep half for later use.
* Step 3
Heat cooking oil in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter paste prepared at step 2. Add ginger and garlic paste and saute till oil leaves the sides. Add salt, red chilli powder turmeric and coriander seeds powder and mix well and cook for 30 seconds. Now add corn flour and saute for 1 minute.
* Step 4
Add peas and saute for 2 minutes. Add paneer and remaining cashews and mix well. Add water.
* Step 5
Place the lid and cook for 2 whistles. Switch off the flame and let pressure releases automatically. Open the lid and add garam masala and shahi paneer masala and mix.
* Step 6
Serve hot with chapatti or rice or parantha garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
