#thc #thcweek19 #kalakand This is an instant kalakand made with condensed milk. The taste and texture of this milk cake is perfectly sweet, creamy, moist and granular – Nobody can say that it is made with a can of sweetened condensed milk! The recipe yields about ½ kg kalakand.

Paneer

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mash paneer coarsely and mix in the Nestlé MILKMAID and Nestlé Everyday Dairy Whitener.

* Step 2

Heat the mixture in a thick bottom pan. Cook on medium flame while constantly stirring until the mixture becomes thick and starts leaving the sides of the pan.

* Step 3

Remove from the flame and spread onto a greased plate. Sprinkle elaichi powder and chopped pistachio and almonds. Cool and cut into squares.

* Step 4

It can be stored for 1 week in the refrigerator.
