Bread roll is a tasty Indian snack that can be made in a jiffy if you have leftover boiled potatoes. These are crispy and tasty Bread Roll with a savory, tangy spiced mashed potato filling. This bread roll can be made for a delicious evening snack or as an after school snack for kids as it is loved by kids.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and Chop green chilli and coriander leaves. Peel and mashed potatoes. Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put finely chopped green chilli. Add mashed potatoes and all dry masale ingredients and saute for 2 minutes. Mix chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
* Step 2
Take water in a bowl. Dip 1 bread slice in water and squeeze it between your palms and remove excess water from slice. Place potato filling in the centre and seal it by bringing edges in centre.
* Step 3
Likewise make all the rolls.
* Step 4
Heat cooking oil in a wok. Deep fry bread rolls till crispie golden brown colour. 2 bread rolls can be fried at a time.
* Step 5
Flip the side and fry from other side also.
* Step 6
Serve hot with Tomato ketchup and mint & chilli dip.
