Semolina and potato poorie is one of the most well liked recent trending foods. It is enjoyed by millions daily. It's simple, it's quick, it tastes delicious. Semolina and potato poorie is something which I have loved my entire life. I learned it from my MIL.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add semolina and wheat flour in a mixing bowl. Make sure to take fine semolina. If it is coarse, grind in a mixer. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix well. Add chopped coriander leaves and cooking Oil for moyan and a mashed potato. Mix with your hands thoroughly. Add water slowly. Now with the help of water make a soft dough. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
* Step 2
Now knead the dough again for 1 minute. Take a small portion of dough and make a ball. Likewise make all the balls. I have prepared 10 balls. Roll 1 ball with the help of rolling pin.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a wok. Add rolled poorie and deep fry for a minute. Flip the side and fry from other side till golden. Flip again and fry for 1 minute. Remove it in a plate.
* Step 4
Likewise make all the poories and transfer it in a plate.
* Step 5
Serve hot with black chana curry and mango pickle. It's amazing in taste.
