Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and rinse poha in a colander.
* Step 2
Cut paneer in small cubes. Wash, peel and chop potatoes. Dry roast peanuts. And collect all ingredients in right proportion.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a wok. Add mustard seeds and when mustard seeds splutter add chopped potatoes, green chilli, curry leaves and peas. Cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes on low flame till it turn soft. Add salt, red chilli powder turmeric powder and mix. Now add peanuts, raisins, paneer mix and cook for 2 minutes.
* Step 4
Add chopped tomatoes, sugar, maggi magic masala and mix. Squeeze lemon juice on it. Switch off the flame.
