* Step 1
Add all ingredients for making batter except water in a mixing bowl. Now gradually add water and make a batter of slightly thick consistency. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
* Step 2
Peel boiled potatoes. Add all the ingredients for making Tikki as mentioned above.
* Step 3
Mash and mix all ingredients. Take a small portion of dough and make a ball and flatten it on your palm and make a Tikki. I have made 3 tikkis with this dough.
* Step 4
Peel and wash onion Tomato and slice it.
* Step 5
Cut pav horizontally. Place a slice of onion and tomato. Then place the tikki over it. Again place onion and tomato slice over it.
* Step 6
Place other half of pav over it and press it gently so that all the material inside pav gets stick to each other. Like wise prepare all 3 pavs.
* Step 7
Heat oil in a wok for deep frying. Place this pav in Gram flour batter and coat it all around with batter.
* Step 8
Place it gently in hot oil and deep fry till golden brown colour from all sides. Remove it in a plate when done.
