Crispie Potato Tacos

Taco is a traditional Mexican dish consisting of a small hand-sized wheat tortilla topped with a filling. The tortilla is then folded around the filling and eaten by hand.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add all the ingredients except water for making dough in a mixing bowl and make a dough by adding water slowly. Rest for 15 minutes.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a wok. Add sliced onion and saute till golden brown. Transfer it to a plate. Now add whole red chili and saute for 1 minute till crispy. Remove it on a plate. Mash boiled potatoes.
* Step 3
Now mash red chili with hands. It is turned into chili flakes. Add fried onion, mashed potatoes, chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice, salt and mix well. Stuffing is ready.
* Step 4
Now take a portion of dough and make a ball. Roll it and roast on a medium flame for 30 seconds on each side and remove it on a plate.
* Step 5
Now apply tomato ketchup over it evenly. Grate cheese on the half side. Place stuffing over cheese.
* Step 6
Now again grate cheese over it. Seal it by bringing its other side over it.
* Step 7
Heat butter on griddle. Place both tortillas on griddle and roast on low flame till crispie golden brown colour from both sides. Keep flipping.
