Dry Fruits Panjiri Ladoo

#Panjiri is a North Indian sweet made using semolina and lots of dry fruits. It is mostly made as Prashad after pooja and also for newly lactating mothers. It can also be made into laddu by adding more ghee to it and binding it to make small balls.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat ghee in a wok. Fry almonds, cashew nuts and raisins for 2 minutes and then remove it in a plate.
* Step 2
Now fry poppy seeds till it gets fluffy and immediately remove it in a plate. Fry melon seeds and remove them on a plate.
* Step 3
When these dry fruits are cool at room temperature, grind in a mixer on pulse mode for 30 seconds.
* Step 4
Add semolina in remaining ghee and roast it on low flame till it turn golden brown and an aroma starts coming up. Add ginger powder and mix.
* Step 5
Allow it to cool till it can behold in hands. Now add powdered sugar and mix it thoroughly with your hands. Add dry fruits and mix again.
* Step 6
Grease your palm with ghee. Now bind ladoos with your hands.
