Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel and chop boiled potatoes.
* Step 2
Heat cooking oil in a wok and add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter add all dry masale and saute for 1 minute. Now add chopped potatoes and saute for 3-4 minutes. Now add green chili and mix. Add chopped coriander leaves.
* Step 3
Serve hot with chapatti or parantha and it can also be used as a side dish with a meal.
