Chocolate Cup Cake

#boxweek14 #cupcake #Spiceweek3 #cinnamon #These super moist chocolate cupcakes is made from simple everyday ingredients, this easy cupcake recipe is my favorite with surprise ingredient I.e.,Cinnamon. For best results, I use natural cocoa powder and buttermilk. These chocolate cupcakes taste awesome.

1/2 tsp

baking soda

2 tbsp

raisins

1/3 bowl

cooking Oil

2/3 bowl

milk

2 tbsp

curd

3/4 bowl

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add milk, curd, cooking oil, cinnamom powder and sugar and beat it thoroughly till the mixture becomes fluffy and sugar is mixed with it.

Now add all-purpose flour, cocoa powder and vanilla essence. Add little milk.

Heat a wok. Add salt in it and pre-heat it on medium flame. Keep a bowl on salt.

* Step 4

Beat the mixture thoroughly till all ingredients mix well. Add raisins and mix. Add baking powder and baking soda and gently mix By cut and fold method.

* Step 5

Transfer it in cups. Keep it Pre-heated wok on a plate. Cover the wok. Cook on low flame for 35 minutes.

Check the cake by inserting tooth pick if it is clean it means it is ready. Cool it at room temperature and demould it.
