Vegetarian mini crispy omelet

On Sunday, 27th Februar 2017, the daughter of my Yemeni friend is in the hospital because of surgery. The son of my Indonesian friend is sick at home. Intend to visit them I cook simple omelet with available ingredients in my fridge. Alhamdulillah it is acceptable :)

Ingredient

2 pieces

red onion

1 tsp

margarine

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Prepare all ingredients, chopped red onion, brocolli and mays onto small pieces

* Step 2

Pour flavour in the bowl, mixed with chopped ingredients

* Step 3

Put salt and pepper as much as purpose

* Step 4

Pour the water into mixed ingredients, mix well

* Step 5

Heat oil

* Step 6

Take 1 tsp dough and fried

* Step 7

Until the dough is finish

* Step 8

Serving

* Step 9
