#Methi Mushroom Matar Malai is an easy and simple variation of methi matar malai which is a famous North Indian #winter dish.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash, peel and chop onion, ginger, tomato and garlic.
* Step 2
Grind tomato in a mixer. Wash, peel and chop mushrooms and clean peas.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put finely grated ginger and garlic and saute for 1 minute.
* Step 4
Add chopped onions and fry till golden. Add grinded tomatoes and cook till oil leaves the karahi.
* Step 5
Add all dry masale and stir well. Mix mushrooms, cashew nuts and peas. Saute for 5 minutes.
* Step 6
Add water. Close the lid and pressure cook till 2 whistles and switch off the flame. Let pressure releases automatically.
* Step 7
Serve hot with chapatti or rice or parantha.
