#This light and spicy immune-boosting tea is best known as a winter drink, during cold and flu season. It contains anti-inflammatory, digestive-friendly, nausea reducing, detoxifying properties and aids soothing sore throats.

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Add roughly grinded ginger and 1/4 tsp elaichi powder.
* Step 3
Boil it till ginger elaichi aroma comes.
* Step 4
Add sugar and tea leaves and let it boil for 2-3 minutes.
* Step 5
Add milk and let it simmer on low flame for 1 minute.
