#GA4 #week17 #chai #Post2 #This light and spicy immune-boosting tea is best known as a winter drink, during cold and flu season. It contains anti-inflammatory, digestive-friendly, nausea reducing, detoxifying properties and aids soothing sore throats.

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

10 minutes
2 cups

water

1 1/2 tsp

sugar

1 cup

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat water in a pan.

Add roughly grinded ginger and 1/4 tsp elaichi powder.

* Step 3

Boil it till ginger elaichi aroma comes.

* Step 4

Add sugar and tea leaves and let it boil for 2-3 minutes.

Add milk and let it simmer on low flame for 1 minute.

Sieve it in cups.

Serve hot with biscuits.
