#This Tutti Frutti cake has all the goodness of a perfectly baked spongy vanilla cake. I make this spongy, airy, fluffy, tender, moist bakery style Tutti Frutti Cake as tea time snack.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add cooking oil, curd and brown sugar in a mixer and churn till the mixture becomes fluffy on pulse mode.
* Step 2
Add wheat flour, baking powder and baking soda to this solution and churn again for 1 minute. Add half of the milk and churn again. Again add remaining milk and churn for 30 seconds.
* Step 3
Grease a mould from all sides. Then dust it with wheat flour on all sides.
* Step 4
Now pour a little mixture. Then put chopped dates. Again pour the mixture and put yellow Tutti Fruity. Pour a little more mixture and put red tutti Fruity. Then green and in the end pour the remaining mixture. Tap it thoroughly. Put some melon seeds and almonds on the top.
* Step 5
Add salt in a pressure cooker. Preheat for 10 minutes Then place the cake mixture bowl over t and place the lid and cook for 35 minutes on medium flame.
* Step 6
Open the lid after 10 minutes. Demould cake with the help of knife.
* Step 7
Cut it in thin pieces and serve
