Cucumber & Tomato Raita

Its hydrating properties can provide with a lot of health benefits including weight loss. It has zero fat and low calories. Add grated cucumber in raita along with rock salt and black pepper to stimulate weight loss.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and peel cucumber.

Grate cucumber.

* Step 3

Chop tomatoes in tiny pieces.

* Step 4

Whisk curd with a whisker till curd turns smooth and fluffy. Mix milk to adjust the consistency of Raita.

Add grated cucumber and chopped tomatoes and green chilli and salt and mix well.

* Step 6

Serve it chilled garnished with red chilli powder, black pepper and roasted cumin seeds powder with meal.
