Gram flour

1/2 bowl

oats

6-8 pods

garlic

To taste

salt

1/2 tsp

garam masala

1/2 tsp

carrom seeds

1/2 tsp

cumin seeds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add besan and oats in a mixing bowl. Add carrom seeds and cumin seeds, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander seeds powder, and grated garlic and chopped coriander leaves. Make a thick batter by adding water.

* Step 2

Mix and whisk the mixture for 2 minutes and then keep aside for 10 minutes. Then adjust the consistency of mixture by adding little water.

Cut the slices of bread diagonally. Heat cooking oil in a wok.

* Step 4

Dip bread slices in batter and put in the wok and deep fry till golden brown colour. Flip the side and fry from other side also.

Serve hot with coriander Cilantro dip.
