Sooji combined with vegetables and pudina is light and nutritious breakfast. These bites can also be refrigerated for later use in air tight container.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put semolina in a mixing bowl. Add curd. Mix it well and keep aside for 10 minutes. In the meanwhile wash peel and chop ginger, garlic, green chilli, coriander leaves and pudina. Grate boiled potatoes.
* Step 2
Now add all the chopped vegetables in the curd semolina mixture. Mix salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, black pepper and roasted cumin seeds powder.
* Step 3
Now knead this mixture thoroughly like a dough.
* Step 4
Grease a thali and transfer the dough on thali. Spread and Flatten it evenly with the help of spetula like a square.
* Step 5
Now cut it in square pieces.
* Step 6
Heat oil in a wok. Put semolina squares and deep fry till golden. Flip the side and fry from other side also. Likewise make all the squares.
