Rice & Carrot Kheer
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil milk in a pan. Add rice and cook for 5 minutes.
* Step 2
Grate carrots and put it in rice and milk mixture and let it simmer on low flame for 5 minutes.
* Step 3
Add sugar and stir well and cook for 10 minutes till milk starts getting thick.
* Step 4
Add almond, cashew, raisins and pistachio. Keep a few dry fruits for garnishing.
* Step 5
Serve hot garnished with chopped dry fruits.
