Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix wheat flour and tadka Daal and all the ingredients in a mixing bowl except cooking Oil and knead a soft dough. Rest for 15 minutes.
* Step 2
Heat a griddle. Take a small portion of dough and make a ball of dough and roll with the help of a rolling pin. Apply oil and fold it. Apply cooking oil again and fold again. Now roll again and put on griddle.
* Step 3
Roast the side for 1 minute and flip the side and roast from other side and apply oil on one side flip side and apply oil on the other side also.
* Step 4
Like wise make all the parathas.
* Step 5
Serve hot with mango pickle.
