wheat flour

Butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Knead a soft dough with the help of water. Cover it with a wet cloth. Rest for 15 minutes.

* Step 2

Heat a griddle on medium flame. Make a ball of flour. Roll it with the help of rolling pin.

* Step 3

Apply cooking oil on it. Sprinkle salt and red chilli powder. Put carrom seeds on it.

Fold it in a square shape and roll it with the help of rolling pin.

Now heat a griddle and place rolled paratha on it and roast on medium flame till done.

Flip the side and cook in same way. Apply cooking oil on both sides and fry till golden brown.

Serve hot with butter.
