Star Anise Ginger Shoyu poached fish & zucchini

This is a recipe I adapted from a recipe I found on the Australian Special Broadcast Services web page. The flavors are refined and fragrant & delicious.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place fish and all ingredients except for zucchini in a food storage container with lid or a large Ziploc bag.
Cover tightly and shake to mix and coat fish.
* Step 2
Place sliced zucchini flesh side down in pot.
Put filets on top of zucchini and the marinade/sauce in the pan. Add a quarter cup of water to the pan. Cover and poach/steam on medium heat until fish turns white.
* Step 3
Arrange fish & zucchini on a platter and serve. Place sauce from pan in a gravy boat.
