Easy Crispy Fried Smelt Fish

Thanksgiving is already over, now I am craving for fried fish. Today I found this little fish at Filipino store. This fish called "Smelt fish" Very crispy and tasty after deep frying.

Ingredient

Cooking time :

30-45 minutes
1 1/2 pounds

smelt fish

1 tbsp

Lemon juice

1/2 cup

rice flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash clean the fish then sprinkle salt and lemon juice. Let it aside for 15 minutes.

* Step 2

Rinsed back then marinate with coriander powder, garlic powder, chicken powder, and salt. Marinate for 10-15 minutes.

* Step 3

In another bowl prepare the rice flour. Take some marinated fish and light cover with rice flour. Do to all the fish.

* Step 4

Heat up the oil, make sure the oil is really hot (380F). Deep fried the fish until golden brown and crispy.

* Step 5

Transfer to the serving plate and enjoy! Mine I served with raw tomato garlic sauce. Yummy!!
