A nutritious and winter special semolina ladoo made with shakkar (Jaggery powder). My grandma serve it with hot almonds milk.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat pure ghee in a karahi and put almonds and cashew and stir fry till golden brown colour. Remove in a plate from ghee.
* Step 2
Now put semolina in remaining ghee. Keep flame low. Keep stirring continuously for 10 minutes. Roast till light golden brown colour comes or ghee leave the karahi. Switch off the flame.
* Step 3
Let it cool for 10 minutes.
* Step 4
Grind almonds and cashew coarsely in a grinder.
* Step 5
Add coarsely grinded dry fruits, magaz, cardamoms and shakkar in semolina mixture mix well with your hands and make small size ladoo and bind them with your hands.
* Step 6
Nutritious ladoo is ready. Serve with hot almonds milk.
