Ingredient

1/2 bowl

Semolina

2 teaspoons

Kasuri methi

to taste

Salt

1 teaspoon

Garam masala

as required

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put semolina in a pan with half bowl of water and cook on low flame till semolina turns to a dough.

* Step 2

Now grate boiled potatoes in semolina pan. Add chopped onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, kasuri methi and dry masala and knead the dough thoroughly.

Now heat oil in a karahi. Meanwhile, make small balls of mixture and roll in sticks.

Put sticks In oil and deep fry till golden brown colour.

Serve hot with sauce.
