Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mashed potatoes evenly. Grate cauliflower and mix well with mashed potatoes. Add carrom seeds, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and mix well and knead like a dough.
* Step 2
Make small equal sized balls of dough.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a karahi and put koftas one by one and deep fry till golden brown colour.
* Step 4
Remove koftas in a plate.
* Step 5
Now grate tomato, onion, ginger and garlic for making curry.
* Step 6
In a separate karahi heat cooking oil and put cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put grated ginger. Cook for 2 minutes and then add onion and garlic cook for two minutes. Add dry masale and tomato and cook for 5 minutes or till oil leaves the karahi. Add two bowls of water and boil.
* Step 7
Now add koftas in it and cook for another 2 minutes.
* Step 8
Serve hot after garnishing with coriander leaves.
