Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel potatoes and cut in small pieces.
* Step 2
Grate ginger and tomatoes.
* Step 3
In a karahi heat oil and put cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put ginger and tomato paste into the karahi and cook for 5 minutes. Now add all dry masala and cook till oil leaves the karahi and now put cut potatoes and mix well.
* Step 4
Cook for 5 minutes and now transfer to the serving bowl garnished with chopped coriander leaves and serve with parantha or puri.
