Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add all the ingredients except bread in a mixing bowl and mix well. Make a dough.
* Step 2
Take a bread slice, dip it in water and press the bread slice between your both palms carefully, without breaking and squeeze the water.
* Step 3
Now place one spoon of potato mixture over it and flip fold to centre giving it cylinderical shape as shown below.
* Step 4
Like wise make all the rolls.
* Step 5
Now in a karahi heat oil and put rolls one by one and deep fry till golden brown colour.
* Step 6
Yummy bread roll is ready serve hot with sauce and chutney.
