Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put finely chopped onions and ginger and fry till golden brown colour.
* Step 2
Now add tomato and all dry masale in it and stir well till oil leaves the cooker.
* Step 3
Now add fox nuts and chopped potatoes and stir for 3 minutes. Add water and put lid and pressure cook till three whistles.
* Step 4
Remove it in a serving bowl garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
* Step 5
Mix all the three flour in a mixing bowl and add salt, turmeric powder and carom seeds. Add cooking oil and make a dough adding warm water in it.
* Step 6
Now make small balls of mixture with the help of your palm and give the shape of balls.
* Step 7
Roll the ball with the help of rolling pin.
* Step 8
In a kadai heat oil and put puri in the hot oil and deep fry till golden brown colour. Remove from oil.
* Step 9
Serve hot with Aloo bhaji.
