Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash rice and keep aside for half an hour.
* Step 2
Cut 1" pieces of paneer and fry till golden brown colour in a karahi.
* Step 3
Chop onion. Now heat oil in a karahi and put cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put finely chopped onions and ginger and fry till golden brown colour. Add tomato puree and stir well.
* Step 4
Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cardamoms,cinnamon. and lounge / clove in it.
* Step 5
Add cashew, almonds and walnut in it
* Step 6
Now add rice and stir for 3-4 minutes. Add water and put lid and till done.
* Step 7
Serve hot with Raita and chutney.
