Besan

1 teaspoon

Semolina

4 slices

Bread

2 teaspoons

Kasoori methi

To taste

salt

1 teaspoon

Carom seeds

1 teaspoon

Garam masala

as needed

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put besan, semolina, grated garlic, kasuri methi, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, carom seeds, crushed coriander seeds in a bowl and then pour water into the mixture and mix well. Adjust the consistency of the mixture by adding more water.

Now in a karahi heat oil and put bread pieces soaked in besan mixture and deep fry till golden brown. In the same way fry all pakoras.

Now serve hot with coriander chutney and tamarind sounth.
