Ingredient

1 bowl

Moong Daal

1 bowl

Urad Daal

1 bowl

Curd

To taste

salt

To taste

black pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak moong and urad Daal in water for 4 hours. Now drain the water and grind it in mixure in a fine paste. Remove the paste in a mixing bowl. Add salt in this mixture and stir evenly.

* Step 2

Now Heat oil in a karahi and deep fry bhallas one by one on medium flame.

* Step 3

Soak Bhallas in warm water for half an hour. Now take bhallas from water and squeeze excess water by pressing them between your palms.

* Step 4

Now in a serving bowl put Bhalla and pour chilled curd over it and sprinkle salt, red chilli powder, bhuna jeera, black pepper. Put pomegranate seeds over it and Serve chilled with mint chutney and tamarind sounth.
