Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash moong Daal with water and soak for 4 hours in water and then grind in mixer.
* Step 2
Now transfer the mixture in a mixing bowl and then put salt, red chilli powder, red chilli flakes, coriander seeds, kasuri methi and garam masala and mix well.
* Step 3
Now in a karahi deep fry pakodi by pouring one teaspoon mixture one by one till they turned golden brown.
* Step 4
Remove pakodi from the oil and serve in a serving bowl with sauce and hot tea.
