Light Flurry Quinoa
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place the Quinoa in a sieve. Lower in a larger bowl of water to rinse the Quinoa thoroughly.
* Step 2
Remove Quinoa from the water and place it in a dry, heavy bottomed pot. Over medium-high heat, evaporate all the moisture, then dry roast the Quinoa until it starts to smell nutty and starts to pop.
* Step 3
Add the Water and Salt to the pot. Bring it up to boil. Cover the pot with a lid and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes over low heat.
* Step 4
Remove from the heat and let it steam for 10 minutes before removing the lid. Fluff with a fork to separate the grains.
