Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat Oil in a large Dutch Oven and brown the Boerewors.
* Step 2
Remove the Boerewors and set aside to cool.
Add Onions, Garlic, Spice and Herbs to the pot and Sauté till Onions are translucent.
* Step 3
Add Potatoes and fry for a minute, then deglaze with Wine. Add the Stock and Tomato Paste and bring to a boil.
* Step 4
Cut Boerewors into bite-sized pieces. Add Boerewors and Cabbage to the boiling pot and reduce the heat. Simmer covered for 20 minutes.
* Step 5
Add Tomatoes and Pepper and simmer covered till flavours are fully developed and the sauce thickens.
* Step 6
Taste and adjust seasoning.
Garnish with Parsley.
