Moroccan Seafood Stew

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat Olive Oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Add Garlic, Cumin, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Ginger, All Spice and Jalapeno. Fry off till Garlic is fragrant.

* Step 2

Add Tomatoes, Stock, Salt and Lemon Zest. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

* Step 3

Taste and adjust seasoning. Add Seafood mix and allow to come to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes and add Chickpeas and stir in the fresh Herbs. Serve warm.
