Gluten-free Focaccia

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place flour,Yeast, Oil, Water and Eggs in stand mixer bowl. Mix for 3 minutes with dough paddle.

* Step 2

Place in sprayed baking tin and let rise for 35 minutes. Preheat oven on 220° C

* Step 3

Press fingers into dough to make dimples. Mix Oil, Water and Salt and drizzle over the bread. Sprinkle Olives and Thyme leaves over the bread.

* Step 4

Bake for 20 minutes until golden. Remove from oven and drizzle with olive Oil. Remove from baking tin and cool on wire rack.
