Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For the Marinade:
Combine all ingredients in a zip-top bag or shallow baking dish, massaging the marinade into the chicken. Let stand at room temperature while you prepare the sauce, or marinate in the fridge overnight.
* Step 2
For the Sauce:
Heat Oil over medium heat in a large saucepan or dutch oven. Add
Onions and slowly cook (don't get impatient, keep the heat down) until golden, add Garlic and cook till fragrant.
* Step 3
Stir in Garam Masala, Paprika, Cinnamon and Salt; cook a minute. Add Tomatoes; cook 2 minutes, then add Orley Whip. Once sauce started simmering, puree using an immersion blender.
* Step 4
Remove Chicken from marinade and add it to the sauce. Cover, and simmer over medium-low heat until cooked through (remove a couple of pieces to make sure they are no longer pink inside).
* Step 5
Stir in Plant Butter, taste and add more salt to taste. Serve with Naan bread, Gluten-free Corn tortillas or wraps. Sprinkle with Corridor, if desired. Last photo with wheat-free wrap with activated charcoal 😏
