Broccoli Salad with Raisins

Broccoli Salad with Raisins

Our kids love broccoli and this is the perfect dish for a hot summers day #fruitchallenge

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Remove the stem from the Broccoli and Cauliflower heads. Cut the florets into pieces slightly smaller than bite-size, and transfer to a bowl.

* Step 2

Add the Onions and Raisins to the Broccoli mixture. Dice the cheddar into bite-size cubes, and add to the Broccoli mixture. Stir the mixture lightly.

* Step 3

Add the Mayonnaise, Vinegar, Sugar and Mustard to the second bowl, and mix well. Pour the sauce over the Broccoli mixture, and stir until well-combined. Season with salt and pepper.

* Step 4

Cover and refrigerate until cooled. For at least 10 minutes
