Mixed mini pastries

I used apricot jam, honey and lemon curd to make these. They were rather moreish! Very quick and easy, kids would love making them #dessert #pastry

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 200. Roll out the pastry. Prick with a fork and glaze all over with melted butter. Divide into 3 as shown

* Step 2

Cut out triangles as shown. Keep the scraps to make more if you want or for something else. Add a teaspoon of filling on top. Roll each one up from the wide end to the pointy end.

* Step 3

Shape into little half moons. Glaze with more melted butter and pop in the oven for about 15 mins until golden brown. Leave to cool a bit on a wire rack. Sprinkle with icing sugar when ready to serve
