Veg and feta egg pot
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 180. Wash and chop veg. Spread evenly on baking paper. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast for about 30 mins
* Step 2
Divide into individual ramekins, already greased with some olive oil. Crumble feta on top and mix.
* Step 3
Make a small hole in the middle. Crack an egg inside and return to oven until egg is cooked to your liking. About 8 mins if you still like it a but runny 😍
