Dill and butter scallops
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Separate scallops from shell. Wash shells well, set aside. Remove pink part from scallops if you wish. Wash and dry well
* Step 2
Place shells on a plate. Wash and dry spinach leaves. Place 1-2 on each shell
* Step 3
Heat butter and oil in a pan. Add scallops and chopped dill, cook on medium heat for about 8-10 mins. The sauce will reduce and turn creamy. Serve each scallop on top of each shell, with a bit of sauce of course 😁
