Speck and scamorza triangle puffs
Speck and scamorza is a wonderful combination. Add pastry and it's heaven! I served mine with roasted potatoes 😀 #italian #pastry #dinner #mainmeal
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 180. Roll out pastry. Slice into 4. Prick with a fork, glaze with beaten egg. Pop in the oven for 8 minutes or so.
* Step 2
Remove from oven, add the cheese on top. Pop back in for another 5 minutes until cheese melts.
* Step 3
Remove from oven again, add the speck slices on top immediately. Don't put back in the oven, no need to cook the speck, it'll go hard otherwise. Cut into triangles and serve 😀
